Advance the land before the building.

Peter acquired the property, demolished the existing buildings and created a clean building pad.

He prepared the existing well for connection, secured a power drop, moved an existing power line out of the planned building area, and obtained septic approval, approved plans and a building permit.

How the work came together

Construction with context.

01

Approved path

A designed, permit-ready handoff.

The approved design was for a new 80-by-50-foot, 4,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal-building residence.

The approved plans and building permit transferred to the buyer with the sale. Exact address and architectural drawings remain private.

The value created was a clear path to build: pad, utilities, approvals, plans and permit.
