This was a property-wide development program, not a stand-alone steel-building contract. PB coordinated the infrastructure, foundations and building work as one connected rural project.
The program ran from 2020 through 2022. The 10,000-square-foot building was conceived for flexible processing and general ranch operations rather than one narrowly stated use.

How the work came together
Infrastructure first
The ranch work included utility trenching, power and electrical distribution, water systems, pumps, tanks and foundations.
Peter completed the reinforced slab and the project’s full concrete scope.
Large-format build
PB delivered nearly all remaining building work, with specialty subcontractor assistance during structural-frame erection.
The project demonstrates the coordination required when a major building and the property systems feeding it are delivered together.
On a rural project, the building is only one part of the system that has to work.
