Owner-built by Peter

Built where the work began.

Old Mill Ranch is the 160-acre family property Peter’s grandfather purchased and named. Peter later built his own residence there as the ranch became home base for the family’s construction businesses.

The house was completed in phases over roughly seven years, based on Peter’s best recollection. The work continued outside with a separate garage, stamped concrete, retaining walls and the basketball-court area.

How the work came together

Construction with context.

01

Long-form owner build

Carrying the whole project.

Owner-building meant carrying the work beyond one trade: site decisions, sequencing, materials, labor, details and the final result.

That end-to-end responsibility became the foundation for Peter’s later cabins, hospitality work and larger rural projects.

02

Concrete + site

Built for daily use.

The residence project family includes the stamped driveway and courtyard, retaining walls and basketball-court area.

Peter completed the concrete work, including finishing, staining and sealing.

The deepest builder judgment comes from carrying a property through years of real construction decisions and daily use.
