Peter owned and operated Wild Iris Retreat from 2019 to 2023, carrying responsibility for a complex rural hospitality property and completing a multi-year program of improvements across the site.
The work improved how the property looked, operated and held up under real use, from buildings and utilities to the pool, landscape, drainage, access and guest facilities.

How the work came together
Buildings + guest facilities
Peter completed a full main-house bathroom remodel and glass-shower installation, refreshed the kitchen, and delivered exterior, trim, plumbing, electrical and interior improvements where needed.
A new approximately 20-by-120-foot camp building with bathrooms was built in 2021 for guest and event operations.
Grounds + systems
Decks, gates, safety railings, pool surfaces, landscaping, utilities, driveway, drainage and access all received work during Peter’s ownership.
The program included a poured-concrete culvert, concrete gutters, site preparation and chip-seal surfacing.
